Jordan Ayew has refused to resume training with the rest of his Swansea City teammates, manager Graham Potter confirmed.

Following Swansea’s relegation from the Premier League last season, Ayew is keen on playing top-flight football in the upcoming campaign.

Brighton offer €12m for Sangare


Brighton and Hove Albion have tabled a €12 million offer for Toulouse midfielder Ibrahim Sangare, according to Lequipe [via Sport Witness ].

The 20-year-old Ivorian midfielder has attracted lots of interest after breaking through the Purples’ ranks last term but the French Ligue 1 side are not willing to let the youngster leave this summer.

Get Football France claimed that Toulouse rejected an €8m offer from Serie A outfit Atalanta this summer.


Bursaspor joinrace for Omeruo


Bursaspor have joined Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Goztepe in the race to sign Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo this summer, Olay claims.

The Nigerian centre-back is yet to make a single for the Blues since his arrival from Standard Liege in 2012 and might be sent out on loan for the 2018-19 campaign.

Bursaspor have the 24-year-old their top transfer target and are set to re-unite him with his compatriots Abdullahi Shehu and William Troost-Ekong.


Nantes sign Waris on loan


Majeed Waris has joined French Ligue 1 side on a season-long loan contract from Porto.

The Canaries have the option to sign the Ghana international permanently at the end of the season.

Middlesbrough plan Bolasie’s move


Championship side Middlesbrough are weighing up a £15 million move for Everton winger Yannick Bolasie, according to Sky Sports News .

The Congolese forward who arrived at the Goodison Park for £25 million has been deemed surplus requirements in Marco Silva’s team following the arrival of Richarlison.

Premier League clubs Crystal Palace and Burnely are also interested in the 29-year-old.

Inter Milan are eyeing a loan move for Monaco winger Keita Balde, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

The former Lazio attacker might return to the Serie A this summer after spending just a season in the French top-flight.

The Nerazzurri have re-ignited interest in the Senegal international and are hoping to strengthen Luciano Spalleti’s squad with him and Luka Modric.

Yeni Malatyaspor have handed Morocco internationals Khalid Boutaib and Issam Chebake a year contract extension.

Greek giants Olympiacos have opened negotiations with Braga over the signing of Egypt international Ahmed Hassan Kouka, KingFut reports.

The Legends have reached an agreement for the signing of the 25-year-old who provided six goals and two assists in the 2017-18 season but payment is yet to be made.

Stoke reject Leicester City’s bid for Diouf


Leicester City have failed in their attempt to sign Stoke City forward Mame Biram Diouf with less than four days for the transfer window closes, according to the Sun .

The Foxes have been a long-time admirer of the Senegal international but fell short of the Potters’ £15 million valuation.

Diouf who was an unused substitute in his side’s 3-1 loss to Leeds United on Saturday, has two years left on his contract at the bet365 Stadium.

Chelsea near £75m Zaha deal


Chelsea are in pole position to sign £75 million-rated Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, the  Mirror claims.

Tottenham, initially leading the race for the signing of the Ivorian forward, have dropped their interest in the player due to the Eagles’ asking price.

Chelsea are now cleared to sign the 25-year-old before the Premier League summer transfer window closes on August 9. 


West Ham end Brahimi pursuit


West Ham United will no longer pursue Algeria international Yacine Brahimi, according to Sky Sports .

An agreement has been reached between both clubs but personal terms could not be agreed between the player and the Premier League club.

Meanwhile, the Hammers are still in talks with Porto over the signing of Mali international Moussa Marega.

The Portuguese champions and Manuel Pellegrini’s side are yet to reach a common ground in their valuation for the player.


Marseille turn to Mikel Agu


Marseille are considering a season-long loan deal for Nigeria and Porto midfielder Mikel Agu, Le10 Sport reports.

The French Ligue 1 side are interested in strengthening their midfield with the 25-year-old who spent last season on loan at Bursaspor.

Marseille are preparing a loan offer with an option to sign the midfielder permanently at the end of the season.


Koulibaly ends Chelsea chase with new deal


Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has penned a new five-year contract ending speculations linking with a €90m move to Chelsea and Manchester United.

The Italian club president Aurelio De Laurentiis confirmed that the Senegal international has committed to fresh terms after rejecting €90m bids from three different clubs this summer.

Cameroon legend Samuel Eto’o has ended his seven months union with Konyaspor by mutual consent, the club announced .

The four-time African Footballer of the Year joined the Turkish Super Lig side from rivals Antalyaspor in January and went on to score six goals in 14 appearances.
