Leicester City helicopter crash reactions to King Power Stadium


The helicopter of Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabh suffered a crash on Saturday, October 27 here are the reactions of the football community to the incident.

The Police are yet to give any latest update about the extent or severity injuries of those involved in the crash.

Several managers and players and clubs have however reacted to the tragic incident posting messages of solidarity with the Premier League outfit, here are some of the reactions.

Reactions to helicopter crash

Premier League outfits, teams outside England commentators, pundits, present and past players all reacted to the tragic incident.

In statement Leicester City said, “A Leicester City spokesman said: “We are assisting Leicestershire Police and the emergency services in dealing with a major incident at King Power Stadium.

“The Club will issue a more detailed statement once further information has been established.”

A message on the official AC Milan Twitter account said, “Following the tragedy that hit Leicester football club, AC Milan’s deepest thoughts go to the city, the team and the fans.”


Manchester United said, “The thoughts of everyone at Manchester United are with @LCFC and those affected by tonight’s incident at King Power Stadium.”

Liverpool said, “The thoughts of everyone at Liverpool Football Club are with Leicester City and those affected by events at the King Power Stadium this evening.”


Reigning Premier League champions Manchester City said,  “The thoughts of everyone at Manchester City are with all those at @LCFC following the incident after tonight’s match at the King Power Stadium.”

Newcastle United said, “The thoughts of everyone at Newcastle United are with all at @LCFC following the incident after tonight’s match at the King Power Stadium.”

German Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim said, “Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by tonight’s helicopter crash outside @LCFC’s King Power Stadium this evening!”

Tottenham Hotspur said, “The thoughts of everyone at the Club are with @LCFC and those affected by the incident after today’s match at the King Power Stadium.”

The helicopter crash came after Wilfred Ndidi rescued a point or Leicester City at home to West Ham United.

There has been no official confirmation of any deaths or injuries at the time of this report.
