Love Island winner Jack Fincham may be forced to participate in ‘Dry January’ after he was ‘warned to give up boozing’ ahead of his backstage presenting role at this year’ National Television Awards.

After a rollercoaster ride since returning from the Love Island villa with Dani Dyer on his arm, Jack has been told to ‘curb the partying’ as his career moves into television presenting.

The award ceremony on January 22 will see Jack team up with girlfriend Dani but The Sun has reported that show bosses have been concerned about Jack’s love of the ‘good times’.

The stresses and strains of putting the ceremony together are starting to take their toll and there is worry that Jack might not be the right choice for this important TV role.

A show source told The Sun that, “Jack has been warned not to party ahead of the NTAs and not to drink on the night.”

So strictly will he be monitored that that, “even a sip of champagne or beer is off-limits,” as there are people behind-the-scenes who are, “worried he’s going to let down everyone working on the event.”

With this being Jack’s biggest TV role since leaving Love Island, he has been challenged to “prove he can do it,” and has been, “asked to give his word that he’ll slow down his partying beforehand.”

Despite reassurances from the former stationery salesman, it hasn’t “stopped anyone feeling nervous.”

A spokesperson for Jack has said that, “there’s no partying ban,” but confirmed that Jack will be quietening down his lifestyle as he is planning to return to boxing and his is, “currently very focused on his training as he prepares for his return to boxing.”

Viewers could be in for an interesting watch, if Jack has managed to fall off that wagon in the build-up to the National Television Awards hitting our screens.
